This Body Wrap Slimming Gel Can Help You Tighten Your Skin In 7 Days!
Good riddance to that pooch and flabby arms, with this slimming gel!
After hours spent crunching muscles, sweating a bucket and starving yourself, your skin must be left loose and flabby? Well, here is a slimming gel that can make a difference!
The loose skin is especially concentrated in one specific area, like that layers of skin under your arms or pooch around the stomach. And to tighten it up, you need to stimulate the lymphatic flow, which is where this DIY slimming body wrap comes into the picture.
It works by flushing out the toxins, removing dead skin layers, boosting lymphatic flow, improving collagen and elastin levels, which in turn makes the skin tight.

Ingredients included in this skin-tightening mask are aloe vera, sea salt, clay, castor oil and vitamin E gel.
Aloe vera contains vitamin E, which improves collagen count in the skin, making it taut. Essential minerals present in sea salt improve blood flow, which in turn promotes elasticity.
Castor oil is a heavy emollient, which penetrates deep into the skin layers, hydrating it. Clay draws out impurities from the skin, which tightens pores, firming the skin.
Vitamin E gel, on the other hand, revitalizes, revives and nourishes the skin cells. Now, let's learn how to make this mask to lose flabs.
Step 1:

Take a wooden or a glass bowl, avoid a steel bowl, as it negates the detoxifying properties of clay. Then, add ½ a cup of any mineral-based clay and two tablespoons of sea salt.
Step 2:

Take a pan, set the flame on low and add 2 tablespoons of castor oil (you can also take coconut or olive oil). Let it boil for a minute and then turn off the heat. Let the oil cool till it's lukewarm and then add it to the mixture.
Step 3:

Add ½ a cup of freshly extracted aloe vera gel. And whip the mixture using a wooden spoon, until all the ingredients blend well into a smooth paste.
Step 4:

Prick 2 to 3 vitamin E capsules, and squeeze out the gel into the mask. Give it a stir, with the wooden spoon, so that it incorporates with the other ingredients.
Step 5:

To make the mask absorb into the skin better, follow this simple trick. Dip a thin towel in hot water, wring out the excess water and rub your body with it. The steam will open up the pores, loosen dirt, making a better canvas for the mask.
Step 6:

Apply a thin coat of the mask, starting from your legs working your way upwards. Let it sit for 15 to 30 minutes. Scrub and rinse with plain water.
Note - If you are pregnant or menstruating, avoid using castor oil and use coconut oil instead. In the first use of this herbal mask for skin tightening, you will notice a slight tautness to your skin. For best results, use it every week for 6 months!
