You should consult your doctor to know the exact reason behind the acne on the skin and then act accordingly.

2. Hyper-pigmentation
Hyper-pigmentation is a skin condition where dark patches appear on the skin. These patches look generally dark than rest of the skin, making your face appear weird. Hyper-pigmentation is mostly due to excessive exposure of skin under the sun or, sometimes, it may be due to skin inflammation and skin injuries. Rubbing potato juice, tomato juice or baking soda paste can help to get rid of the hyper-pigmentation problem.

Although we experience dry skin in winter, some people undergo this problem throughout the year. Their skin lacks hydration and looks tired and dry all the time. Dry skin is generally due to a lack of Omega-3 and Omega-6 in the body. Other than this, an imbalance of vitamins and proteins in the body may also lead to dry skin. To avoid this condition, keep your skin hydrated and consume an adequate amount of water. Include fresh veggies and fruits in your daily diet.

Individuals who generally hog on junk foods experience excess oil on their face. However, the occurrence of oil generally gets worse according to the intake and hence, you should try to include more of fresh fruits, veggies, nuts and other healthy food items in your diet.

6. Puffy Eyes
Most of them suffer from puffy eyes due to lack of sleep or, sometimes, it can be due to eye allergies. Puffy eyes is an eye condition that can be easily treated at home. Take some cucumber slice and keep it over your eyes. If not cucumber, washing your eyes regularly with cold water or using an anti-inflammatory cream can help to treat the condition of puffy eyes.

7. White Spots Around The Eye
White spots around the eye are known as Milia. These white spots or Milia around the eye are generally caused when the dead cells get accumulated below the skin cells or form clumps under the eye.
