Make sure to get sugar-free, non-flavoured gum, so as to not negate the effect of chewing.


Sip On Green Tea

Massage With Wheat Germ Oil

Beta-carotene present in melon prevents the formation of skin radicals, which in turn helps maintain elasticity of the skin. Extract juice of a melon and dilute it with a few drops of water. Immerse a cotton ball in the solution and apply it liberally on to your chin. Once dry, wipe it clean with a wet towel. Repeat this process every day for best results.


Roll Your Neck

Neck roll eases tension on your shoulders, tones the neck and jaw muscles and relieves stress. Here is how you can do the neck roll exercise.

  • Stand straight. Now, slowly inhaling, turn your head towards left. As much as possible, try to bring your chin to your left shoulder.
  • Exhaling, turn your head towards right. Repeat this process 3 to 5 times, until you feel a stretch in your neck.
  • Inhaling, bend your head downwards, towards your chest. Exhaling, bend your head back, till you see the ceiling. Repeat the process 3 to 5 times as well.
