Does Tamarind Juice Improve Your Skin Tone?

Tamarind is not only a nutritional supplement; but when you apply it on your skin, it can also help to soothe an inflamed and irritated skin.

In addition, it also improves your complexion by diminishing the pigmentation and dark spots. Thus, after knowing the numerous properties and advantages of tamarind for your skin, you must include it in your daily beauty regimen.

Now the question that arises here is, how to use this tamarind on your skin? The best way is to use the tamarind juice to improve your skin's quality; but do you know how tamarind juice helps in making you fairer?

How Tamarind Juice Improve Skin Tone

Tamarind juice contains vitamin B, vitamin C, fibre, alpha-hydroxyl acids and enzymes that help in getting rid of the dead cells on your skin.

There are various face scrubs and face masks available in the market that contain tamarind juice. Therefore, following are the various ways how you can use tamarind juice to improve your skin tone:

Does tamarind juice improve your skin tone? Well, yes it does. Take about 30 g of tamarind and boil it in 100 ml of water. Then remove the pulp from it. Take about half a teaspoon of turmeric and mix with this the tamarind pulp juice.

Apply this mask all over your face and wash it after 20 minutes to get a fairer skin tone immediately. If you have an oily and dark skin tone, use this face pack thrice in a week to lighten your skin tone.

Tamarind Face Scrub

Tamarind face scrub includes alpha-hydroxyl acids that exfoliate your skin and make it look glossy. Extract the tamarind pulp by boiling it in water.

Then add one teaspoon of sea salt and one teaspoon of curd to the tamarind pulp. Make a smooth paste with all these and softly scrub it on to your face in circular movements to get rid of the dead skin cells.

Take about 1 tsp of tamarind pulp and add 1 tsp of honey and 1 tsp of lemon juice to it to make a fine paste. Apply it on to your entire face and wash it off with lukewarm water after about 20 minutes.

This pack will help you to lighten the pigmentation, dark patches and acne scars on your face.

Tamarind Glow Facial
Mix 2 tsps of gram flour and 1 tsp of honey with 1 tsp of tamarind pulp and apply this facial mask on to your skin for about 15-20 minutes. Then, wash it off with tepid water to get a shining skin tone in no time.

Tamarind Toner for A Glowing Skin

Boil some tamarind in water and take out the tamarind water. Take about two teaspoons of this tamarind water and mix with it two teaspoons of cold tea water (made by boiling tea leaves in water). Take some cotton and soak it in this mixture, apply it on your entire face and neck after cleansing.

Leave this toner on your skin and let it get absorbed by your skin cells in a normal way. This anti-ageing toner will give you a smooth and glowing skin within minutes.
