Simple Smelly Feet Remedies

Smelly feet is a common problem, faced specially by people who spend most of the time outside home. Thee main cause of foot odour is sweat. Human feet has 2,50,000 sweat glands, which needs air to breath, If these glands are covered and don't get enough air, an odour is created. Due to excessive sweating your feet may have fungal infection, dead skin cells and smelly feet. Here are remedies for smelly feet -

1.Avoid nylon socks as they block the pores of the feet. It is best to use cotton soaks.

2.Soak your feet in salt water and scrub it with a loofah everyday. The salt content control excessive sweating and the scrub will help you get rid of dead skin and other fungal infections.

3.Add one cap of vinegar to a bucket of warm water. Soak your feet in it to get rid of foot odour.

4.Green tea works wonders reducing your tendency of creating smelly feet every time you stay out of house for a long time. Soak your feet everyday in some green tea and then wipe it dry.

5.Rub your feet every day with lemon, to get rid of foot odour forever. Lemon not only helps you get rid of the smell but also cures fungal infections.

6.Antiperspirant deodorants are the best cure to inhibit the release of sweat. It controls the amount of sweat which reaches the feet. These deodorants make your feet smell good but one needs to make sure that you wash off the deodorant everyday before going to bed.

7.Change your shoes every alternate day. Your sweat is observed by the shoes and thus, they need to dry. If your wear the same shoes everyday, you may suffer foot odour. Maintain shoes to avoid smell.

8.Put some mild shampoo in a bucket of warm water and dip your leg in it for 15 minutes. This cleans your feet, takes away the smell and also cures the fungal infection. It leaves your feet smelling good and feeling great.
