Masaledar Gobhi


INGREDIENTS :

"' tsp Green chilies
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
"¾ Cups Curds
4 Red chilies
2 Cups Cauliflower florets
1/3 Cup Chopped Coriander
Salt to taste

For the Masala :


1 tbsp. Cloves
1 tsp. Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
1 tbsp. Garlic
1 tbsp. Ginger
2 Onions
2 tbsp Khuskhus (Poppy Seeds)
1 tsp Haldi (Turmeric powder)

METHOD :

Grind ingredients for the Masala to a paste. Marinate the Cauliflower florets in this masala for 25mts. Heat oil in a kadai, add Mustard and chopped Green chilies. Add florets, stir well on high flame. After sometime add 1"' cups water and Curds and stir. When it boils add chopped coriander and mix well. Now close the lid and lower the flame and cook till done.
