Masala Thepla

Ingredients:
100 gms Flour
50 gms Gram Flour
5 gms Carom Seeds
5 gms Cumin Seeds
5 gms White Sesame Seeds
5 gms Red Chili Powder
5 gms Turmeric Powder
3 gms Asafoetida
15ml Oil
50 ml Water
20 gms Curd

Method:
Take the four in a dish. Add the above ingredients(except Oil) and knead into a dough.

Take a small ball of this dough and roll it into a chapatti.

Cook it on the tava on a low flame while adding Oil on both the sides.

The Thepla is ready to serve.

Serve with Pickles, Curd and Fried Green Chilies.
