1.Outstretch your legs in front of you with feet together.
2.Flex the knees and bring them close to the buttocks.
3.Hold the toes with the hands, exhale and raise the legs up in the air.
4.Straighten the knees, pulling the knee caps towards the thighs and balance on the buttocks.
5.Have the spine as concave as you can.
