How To Find Inner Peace?
The topic of inner peace has been a subject of substantial discussions. While some people try to relate this concept with religion, the truth of the matter is religion does not really have any sort of relevance to the concept of inner peace. Most religions fail to address the fundamental aspects of body, spirit and mind and no religion has ever been able to lead people to the path of true happiness. While there do exist opinions about Buddhism being the right way of life ( Buddhism isn't a religion), spirituality, which has a close connection with Buddhist dogmas, is the true way of life.

Coming to the aspect of inner peace, before we go on to decipher how to find inner peace, we must first understand what exactly inner peace means. Inner peace is a state of mind wherein one is unperturbed by undesirable happenings that take place in the immediate environment. Inner peace is a state of life, a state of the human mind wherein a person understands the cause for situations he's being piut through and takes necessary action to overcome and surmount obstacles that may arise.
So how then do we adopt this state of mind. It is by living the right kind of life, practicing the right principles and living by them. Meditation, for instance, helps eliminate the many negative functions that try and consume our lives. By doing meditation, an inner wellspring of wisdom well forth from within us, making us find the inner peace we desire. Also, in this regard, action is important. ‘
We must take concrete action to do the right things in life. All of us have a conscience. WE must follow our conscience and also do the right things- helping others, working towards defeating evil and dedicating our lives to inspiring and making people around us happy, eventually endeavoring to end suffering. Only then will inner peace be a reality that will manifest unfailingly.
