Rath Yatra is a chariot festival that is organised every year at the renowned Jagannath temple in Puri, Odisha. This day d is observed on Dwitiya Tithi during Shukla Paksha of Ashada month based on the Hindu Lunar Calendar. Lord Jagannatha, which means 'Lord of the Universe' is worshipped in the city of Puri and is considered a famous form of Lord Vishnu.
