How Ram And Hanuman Met For The First Time?
Rama and Hanuman shared a twin soul relationship the depth of which no one has been able to put in words. Let us know exactly how these two great people met.

It is natural to be curious to know how these two met, under what circumstances, and how did they introduce themselves and how did they carry on their conversation.
It is also interesting to know how and when their relationship deepened. Hanuman being an ambassador for Sugreeva the king of Vanaras, had perfected the art which he would have naturally exhibited even while speaking to Rama.
Rama in turn, might have recognised this merit in him and given him a patient hearing. Rama would have assessed Hanuman in a split second and assessed that Hanuman would be of tremendous help to him in finding Sita.
He would have assessed his potential and knowledge when he heard his wise words. Imagination apart, coming to the practical proof for this event, we have, in Ramayana of Valmiki, the description of the first meeting or the first introductions between Rama and Hanuman.
Only Rama knew his devotees' abilities which is why he entrusted Hanuman to cross the ocean in one leap to reach Lanka. As Ravana's menace was causing upheavals in the world of the virtuous, the holy trinity got together and decided it was time for an avatar of Vishnu to descend down to Earth to end the menace of Ravana.
As per Brahmas instructions, Shiva incarnates as Hanuman, Sheshnag as Lakshmana, Vishnu as Rama and Lakshmi as Sita. So, this set the stage for Ramayana to create an epoch.
How They Met: As Rama and Lakshmana were strolling along the Pampa River near Rishyamooka Parvata, they were spotted by Sugreeva who at once mistook them to be valis men. So he decided to take flight. But It was Hanuman who wisely counselled him and asked him to stop that.
He says that sugreevas first reaction to this should not fright but to remember that Vali and his people can not enter this forest and Sugreeva was safe.So Those two men can not be the messengers of Vali.
Hanuman changed his guise and told him what he had observed about Ram and Lakshman. He thought of them to be fearless and confident.
They looked radiant and divine. He wanted to go there in the guise of a hermit and talk to them and find out more about them.
Hanuman Opens The Conversation: As soon as he sees Rama, Hanuman changes form and comes back to his Vanara form. He asked Rama, why he looks like an ascetic while he bears all features of a royal.
If they are ascetics. Then why the bow and arrow in the hands? Even the animals are afraid about them and he says he is shocked by this turn of events.
At this stage. Hanuman introduces himself to Rama and Lakshmana. I am Hanuman, Sugriva's ambassador. Sugriva was exiled by Vali, his elder brother.
Sugriva is on the right side. So he wants to be a friend to you. His conversation told Rama and Lakshmana that Hanuman was well versed in Vedas and Upanishads.
His knowledge was astonishing on worldly and otherworldly subjects. His voice was gentle but firm. His pronunciation was perfect.
It is believed that Hanuman is very particular about the grammar and pronunciation of Sanskrit words. So, when chanting his shloka, one has to take extra care about the pronunciation.
Rama says that it was Sugreeva's luck that he had Hanuman as his minister. They were two great people that were well met and well matched in every sense of the word.
