Who Are The Weaker Gender?
It has been always assumed that women are the weaker gender in comparison to the masculine heroes. However a myth busting study recently revealed that women are not the weaker sexes in comparison to the men. Moreover, boys are more prone to becoming seriously ill or injured than girls.
Of the 350,000 children taken to the hospitals, across Australia, 45 per cent were girls and the rest are boys! It is being more likely to injure them, because they certainly are over represented when it comes to injuries. In that case when you take injuries out and look at illness, boys made up a greater proportion.
All these factors make the nurses assume that males are the weaker gender. The conclusion was drawn from an Australian study into childhood trips to hospital emergency departments.
