Tossed Paneer And Sweet Corn Pizza Recipe: How To Prepare Tossed Paneer And Sweet Corn Pizza At Home

Tossed paneer and sweet corn pizza is one of the popular versions of a typical pizza. The main ingredients paneer and sweet corn bring out the amazing sweetness and the mild taste in pizza. The cheese makes this pizza a toothsome dish to relish at any time of the day.

Tossed paneer and sweet corn pizza is prepared by making the dough and baking it as well. The pizza sauce is made from tomato puree sauteed with other ingredients.

For The Dough:
Maida - 3 cups (360 g) + for dusting
Water - 1 cup (warm)
Dry active yeast - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/4th tsp
Salt - 1/4th tbsp
Olive oil - 2 tbsp + for greasing
For The Pizza Sauce:
Tomato puree - 2 cups
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Garlic - 5-6 (chopped)
Mixed herbs - 2 tsp
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
For The Toppings:
Sweet corn - 1 cup
Paneer - 1 cup (small cubes)
Pizza sauce - 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup (grated)
Oregano - for sprinkling
Red chilli flakes - for sprinkling

1. Take a pizza base.
2. Smear the pizza base with the pizza sauce
3. Spread the shredded mozarella cheese along with 2 teaspoons of oregano.
4. Place the paneer cubes one after the other on top of the base.
5. Add the sweet corn all over the pizza base.
6. Add the grated cheese.
7. Now, place the pizza pan into a preheated oven (10 minutes preheated).
8. Set it for 160 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.
9. Once done, remove the pan from the oven.
10. Cut it with a pizza cutter or a knife and serve hot.
- 1.Knead the dough to a soft consistency. Do not worry if it's sticky before resting.
- 2.Make sure to use a large bowl/container, as the dough will rise when kept for resting.
- 3.Do not sauté the tomato and onions for too long while making the pizza sauce, as the tomatoes are already cooked. The onion flavour ought to be a bit raw while eating.
- 4.The toppings can be of one's preference.
- 5.Make sure to grease the pizza pan well before the dough base is put over it.
