    • 4 tablespoons of jam
    • 1 cup of wheat flour
    • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
    • 2 tablespoons of sugar
    • 3 tablespoons of butter
    • 1 cup of whole milk
    • 1 egg
    • A pinch of salt

How to Prepare
    • Take a pan and melt 2 tablespoons of butter in it.
    • In a bowl break an egg and add sugar, milk and the melted butter into it.
    • Now beat the ingredients till it becomes a bit fluffy.
    • At this point, add one cup of flour along with a pinch of salt and baking powder.
    • Mix well and make sure no lumps are there.
    • Now in a separate bowl take 4 tablespoons of any jam of your choice.
    • Whisk the jam well to get a creamy texture.
    • Now heat a pan or tawa.
    • Take a little amount of butter and grease the pan well.
    • Now pour a little quantity of batter on the pan.
    • Remember, you do not have to spread it like a dosa.
    • Cook on medium flame till little bubbles form on the top.
    • After this, flip the pancake on the other side and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
    • Remove the pancake and prepare more pancakes in a similar way.
    • Now serve the pancakes by spreading whisked jam over it.
    • You can also add syrup and honey on the pancakes.
