Don't' Get Embarrassed With Pregnancy Problems!

I find it no reason to feel embarrassed though because it is quite natural!
Just like my friend, there are many more pregnant women who feel embarrassed at some of the pregnancy problems stated below.
1.Constipation- It is quite normal for pregnant women to have constipation during pregnancy. It is said that whatever meal you eat., the nutrients and the food is passed on to the baby, making it hard for you to pass stool. Another reason for constipation in pregnancy is the baby inside the tummy begins to crowd the bowels thus making it harder to process.
2.Itchy Nipples – When it come to pregnancy problems being embarrassing, this is the first one. It is said that during this happy period, the pregnant women find their breast itchy. The main reason is that your breasts are getting ready for breast feeding, so they tend to stretch as they are increasing in size. To avoid itchy breasts, rubbing natural oils can solve the problem of you itching in public.
3.Lack Of Sex drive- For most pregnant women , they do not find themselves looking attractive therefore there comes a pregnancy problem when they are just not interested in lovemaking. Mood swings tend to be the main reason other than the feeling of hurting the baby inside the womb if indulged into lovemaking.
4.Belching – This is yet another common pregnancy problem faced by all pregnant women, As the baby begins to grow in the stomach , the digestive system plays the role to pass out all that fatty food and gas. Since you are more prone now to eating healthier food, it surely contains some types of gas and this has to come out in order to feel better.
These are some of the common pregnancy problems that women face that are embarrassing for them.
