Relief From Back Pain During Pregnancy

1.Pelvic tilts is one of the most useful relief for back pain during pregnancy. Lie on the floor with the knees bent and feet flat. Now, slowly try to rock back, pushing your pelvic on the floor. While doing this try to tighten your stomach and buttock, hold the position for two minutes and then relax. Repeat the action two to three times. This helps in treating the pain.
2.Sleep on your left side and make sure to put a pillow between your two legs. This supports your lower back and relieves it of pain. In more advanced months, a pillow below the abdomen is also helpful.
3.Your posture need to change for relief from back pain during pregnancy. Try to lean backwards to keep off the pressure. Stand tall, lean back and keep the shoulders relaxed.
4.Aqua exercises is one of the best options for relief from back pain during pregnancy. It helps your body muscles relax and treats sore joints. Swimming and walking are some physical activities which help to strengthen your muscles to bear the weight.
5.While lifting a certain good, make sure your squat and then pick. Never bend down to pick it. It puts pressure on the muscles and the stomach resulting in back pain.
Another debated way of relief from back pain is the use of pregnancy belts. While some believe it is of utmost importance, others are of the view that it might effect the baby growth.
