Post-delivery your body needs tons of extra nutrients to replenish whatever has been lost. Try these few simple nutritious foods after delivery and let them handle your health.

Laddo
All grannies have a thing or two up their sleeves to pass on. My granny passed on the classic gond ke laddu. Extremely healthy and delicious. Try making them.You can have this food after delivery cesarean too.

Lotus Seed
Another extremely light and healthy treat is Makhana or lotus seeds. Just roast them with a little pepper and salt and they taste delicious. They are light and have an inbuilt property to repair damaged proteins in our body. It has anti-inflammatory properties that help you heal.

Wheat
