Common Baby-Making Mistakes That Lead To Delayed Pregnancy!
If you are a couple who has been trying for a baby for a while now, but in vain, then chances are that you would be filled with worry and hopelessness.
When you are yearning for a baby, but cannot seem to conceive, no matter what you try, it can be extremely heart-breaking.
Especially, if you are a woman who is soon reaching your late 30's, then you have more reasons to feel anxious about not getting pregnant.
Well, there are many reasons why a woman cannot get pregnant at the right time.
As most of us know, infertility is on the raise these days due to unhealthy lifestyles, stress and increase in the toxin levels in the atmosphere.
Some of the other reasons for a delayed pregnancy or infertility can be obesity, being underweight, infections, hormonal imbalances, low sperm count, abnormalities in the uterus, etc.
However, if you and your partner have had yourselves tested for all the possible causes of infertility and nothing seems to be wrong, then may be you are making certain mistakes while trying to conceive.
Have a look at some of the common baby-making mistakes that may lead to delayed pregnancy.

1. Not Having Enough Sex
If you are not having regular sex, it could mean that you might miss on having sex while you are ovulating, thus reducing your chances of getting pregnant.

2. Having A Lot Of Sex
If you indulge in a lot of sex, chances are that you or your partner could experience a burnout during the most fertile period of the month, thereby affecting your chances of conceiving.

3. Not Changing Positions
A research study has claimed that sticking to the same sexual positions on a regular basis can also delay pregnancy, so switch it up, experiment and be on your way to becoming parents!

4. Blaming The Women
In many cases, delayed pregnancy or infertility is always associated with the women, so the man never gets tested, further reducing the chances of having a baby.

5. Using Lubricants
If you are using a lot of lubricants during sexual intercourse, you may be causing the sperms to die before they even reach the eggs, as most lubes are infused with spermicides.

6. Miscalculation Of Ovulation Period
If a woman does not keep a track of her periods and ovulation time of the month, she could miss out on having sex during that period, reducing the chances of pregnancy.

7. Not Seeking Help
Some couples tend to keep on trying to get a baby, in vain, and never seek the help of a professional to see what is wrong, until it is too late. This can also lead to a delayed pregnancy.
