Women think that the ovulation happens only after 14 days of period. However, depending on the hormones secretion, a woman can even ovulate 2-3 days after her period.

Every Day Sex
Couples follow this myth for conceiving. Having sex every day might be an excuse but, you can conceive anytime so it is not restricted to have sex regularly. Moreover, the sperm count and quality decreases if you have sex every day. This in turn reduces the chances of sperm joining the egg.

Special Positions
It is another myth about getting pregnant. Sex positions help you conceive as they help the egg travel into the reproductive system of the woman. Lying flat after sex for about five minutes might help conceive.

You Can't Get Pregnant During Periods
A lot of women follow this myth and end up getting pregnant. According to studies, some women are fertile while menstruating especially on Day 4 of bleeding.
