Dark Leafy Greens
A folic acid deficiency is often related to low sperm count or poor sperm quality in men. You can choose to take a folic acid supplement which increases the amount of healthy sperm. Spinach, Collard Greens, Turnip Greens are some of the leafy greens that are rich in folic acids, which is essential in improving quality of sperm.
Broccoli
When it comes to sperm count, broccoli can be helpful for males in improving quantity of sperm in semen. Broccoli is one of the best sources of folic acid and vitamin B. Try adding it to salads or serving it as a side dish with dinner to aid in increasing sperm count thereby increasing chances of conceiving.
Vitamin c in leafy greens
