How To Treat Anaemia In Babies

Pomegranate: Pomegranate is a rich source of iron and minerals. It also contains vitamin C that helps in the absorption of iron. It is one of the best and natural remedies to treat anaemia. Giving your baby some pomegranate juice can help to treat anaemia to a large extent.
Jaggery: Jaggery is the best food one can give to a baby who is suffering from anaemia. It is an excellent source of iron. Consuming it on a daily basis can improve the haemoglobin levels and reduce the risk of anaemia in babies.

Beetroot: Including beets in baby foods is another effective remedy to treat anaemia in babies. It cleanses the body, supplies oxygen and increases the intake of iron in the body. Beets also increase the blood count in the body, thereby effectively treating anaemia.
