Reasons For Your Baby's Cry

They are the most innocent little beings and they always put a smile on your face even when you are in the worst mood.
Infants cannot describe emotions to their parents so they cry.
As a parent you should learn to know the reason for their cry, here below are different reasons for their cry. It will make you understand your precious little child.
1.Pain- It is the same type of cry when an adult gets hurt. The cry will be sudden and shrill. It will include a long cry followed by a pause where your baby will stop breathing. He will then catch his/her breath and give out another long shrilling cry.
2.Discomfort- Usually when babies are wet, feeling hot or cold, they will tend to move about restlessly. You will notice it when he arches his back on the bed trying to get a comfortable position. This type of baby cry directs you to change his diapers or see if he is sweating or cold.
3.Hunger- Now a baby cannot come to you and tell you that he/she is hungry. You should make it a habit to regularise his meals. Usually babies tend to cry after a long nap because of the interval of his last feed.
4.Tired- If your baby has decreased in his physical activity and looks drained out, this means that he is tired. Babies usually tend to cry when they are sleepy and tired. You can notice this when your baby looses interest in playing with his toys, rubbing his eyes, constant yawning and loud crying.
5.Sick- When your baby is sick she/he becomes restless. They cry in a moaning kind of way.
6.Worry- This usually happens when your baby is carried by an unknown person. They yell at the top of their voice and give out a strong shrilling cry.
