Regular Naps Essential For Babies

By Super Admin

Baby Naps
Naps play an important role in the development of the brain among infants, says the studies. Those infants who take regular naps are more likely to show an advanced level of learning, called abstraction.

These studies are done by the Department of Psychology, at the University of Tucson. Their reports say that the infants should take naps between four to eight hours. It will help their brain to do the abstracting work on the information collected.

If the babies do not get sleep after regular intervals of time, they would probably lose the entire information their brains have collected, says the experts.

The researchers could find great differences between the babies who were able to get day time nap than those who did not.
