Bina Goenka's Jewellery Collection

According to Goenka, the collection was inspired by the symphony of nature which depicted the jewellery pieces in various forms like flowers, trees, leaves, branches, animals and birds. She said that with this jewellery collection, she is paying tribute to Gaia, the Mother Earth.
“The origin of this collection is Mother Earth and the name of the collection is Gaia. Gaia was the first Greek goddess who was born out of chaos. And our collection is based on her and you know in Mother Earth there is a growth, beauty, colour and population too," Goenka said.
“The jewellery is very light and is very comfortable too in wearing. Otherwise if you see, the jewellery sets are very heavy and her designing is very intricate. Usually the usage in the jewellery is much of gold and diamonds but they have intelligently used stones and pearls in the jewellery which is looking very good and we have never seen such beautiful designs and the Australian pearls we are seeing is for the first time," said Anu Sahni, a visitor.
She also said that the jewellery collection in this exhibition is really comfortable to be worn and also are of really new and attractive designs.
It is believed that this jewellery collection is worth 120 million. The jewellery exhibition was dominated by gold necklaces, armlets, chains of uncut diamonds and chunky gold bracelets.
