It is a personality trait of all introverts - high self-esteem. The reason being an introvert is awesome is that you tend to have a good sense of self-esteem. Hence, due to this personality, you value the rest of the people around you.

Introverts are good listeners who spend time observing the world around them. They are the ones who make opinions valuable and well-thought out. Now, you know why being an introvert is amazing.
