Pop Singer Lady Gaga was the first person in Twitter history to amass a fan following of 20 million Twitter followers. She currently has a whopping 39.2 million followers on Twitter. She attained world's fourth most popular Twitter celebrity, Shakira has a fan following of around 14 million in 2010, but has now dropped to sixth place.
