J K Rowling New Book For Adults!

Good news, we will finally get to read something from the famous creator of Harry Potter! Yes J K Rowling's new book is coming and you have been hearing that since the last book of the Harry Potter series was published in 2007! But this time it is serious, I mean we have concrete details and all. Just yesterday, the author via her public relations officer made an announcement that she has struck a deal for her new book.

So It Is Really Happening?
Yes, it is and ardent admirers will not have to wait much longer. Hopefully this new book that has taken J K Rowling almost 5 years to work on will not take another 5 to be released. More over there is a lot of excitement about the fact that the new project has nothing at all to do with kids as was earlier presumed. The author reportedly is pretty tired of kids stuff and wants to write for a different audience.

What Is It About Then?
Mystery! Know we do not know if J K Rowling's new book is suspense thriller or a murder mystery because the subject and title of the book has been kept as mystery till now. Even the date of it's release is a suspense. Speculations have been on as some sources close to the author have tweeted that the book is set to be an adult mystery novel. Not surprising actually because inspite of being a kid's fantasy book, the Harry Potter series was unputdownable and that is not without it's share of mystery.

New Publisher?
New book launch and new publisher seems be what the British author seems to believe. The entire Harry Potter book series was published by Bloomsbery in Europe and Asia. In the United States there was Scholaristic that did the publishing for Ms. Rowling. But this time the new book will be launched by Little Brown. Incidentally, the publishers of J K Rowling's new book are also the publisher's of Stephene Meyer's Twilight series that quenched the thirst of the young adults who grew up with Harry Potter. Looks like Little Brown are good at picking bestsellers.

Anything On The Cards?
Apart from this new book from J K Rowling, she has renewed her promise to come up with an Potter Encyclopedia that will be like a glossary of all the magical words used in the Harry Potter series. Eagerly waiting.
