Pay Slips Define Discrimination Against Women

By Cara

Women discriminated
When the world is talking about equality of the gender, the difference between the two sexes can be seen when it comes to comparing the salary slip of the employees.

Most of the employers still think that it is okay to pay women less than men for the same work.

The research, by the National Centre for Social and Economic Modelling, found education, experience or historical factors are far from being the reasons why women earned 17 per cent less than their male colleagues.

The gender pay gap largely existed because employers discriminated against women for "simply being females."

Men doing the same work, with th same qaulification and experience were found to be paid much higher than the fairer sex.
