This little boy was undergoing a tough time, but his mother 'Zhou Lu' was by his side and she gave him all the strength and support that he needed, until she herself was diagnosed with kidney disease.

They both slept side by side in the hospital ward for two long years, while Zhou needed dialysis and the young boy needed constant attention. Chen was on the verge of recovering completely until his cancer relapsed.

The doctors made Zhou's mother (the boy's grandmother) aware of her daughter's condition and also told her that it was not easy for her grandson to recover, as his condition kept getting worse day by day. And the kidney of the dying boy could save his mother's life and 2 other peoples' lives as well.

When the boy heard of his mother's condition, he did not take a second to decide on saving his mother's life first. He begged saying, "Mom, I want to save your life".

It took a lot for his mother to understand that her little boy would live on as a part of her. And within days, the boy passed away and the doctors transplanted his kidney to his mother and also saved the other two peoples' lives by donating other organs.
