The Whistling Woods event saw a stunning lady in red. She was indeed hot and happening, above all it was an unexpected look! If you are still wondering who it could be, well it is none other than Vidya Balan. The actress whom we last saw at the Filmfare Awards 2015 seems to have lost a ton of weight too. Wearing a striking number by designer Pratima Pandey, Vidya Balan painted the town red.

The diva who usually opts for unusual clothes took us by surprise in this ensemble. The Pratima Pandey design from the Prama collection made this beauty look fine. The anarkali was perfect on her and it only added more glamour to her appearance. At the Whistling Woods event, Vidya Balan captivated our hearts with a dashing smile on her face. Her makeup was done in accordance with her red suit.

The Pratima Pandey suit on the other hand was elegant at the bodice and consisted of heavy detailing towards the border. The floral embellishments at the border of her Pratima Pandey attire was eye candy and very beautiful. Although, she could have worn this as a long gown, Vidya however opted for white leggings to go with her red suit.

The very white leggings took away a portion of her red Pratima Pandey anarkali, agree? No matter what, Vidya Balan gave us a style to remember. She completed her beautiful red riding hood look with Valliyan by Nitya jewelry. Her fingers were blazing with a posh ring and so was her ears. A top knot and matching red-toned pumps finished out the diva's look at the Whistling Wood event.

On the whole, this was quite a shocking appearance by Vidya and we are glad that she is working on her sense of style. We hope to see such beautiful attires worn by her in the near future. Good job, Vidya Balan. You made us proud!
