The designer is known for creating ethnic garments which focus widely on Indian history and culture and that is exactly what you are seeing on the ramp. Ridhi's collection for the summer contains contemporary pieces which are perfect for the modern woman.

Each of the designs the models are wearing are stunning and carved chanderi silk, silk georgette, silk chiffon, satin and net which only adds to the delicate tease to feminine silhouettes. Ridhi's showstopper, Kiara Advani looked gleaming in a green lehenga which had shimmering silver detailing.
The colours for the summer season by Nidhi Mehra is inviting as she uses soft-powdered hues which is the highlight of the colour palette to stay cool in the season. There's also a tinge of dreamy white, blush, peaches and subtle mint greens.

The range highlights seen on day 5 at LFW 2015 is the amalgamation of the east with the west. The garments by Ridhi Mehra are a fusion of hues from the romantic era and the oriental craftsmanship from the Mughals.

This summer season at LFW 2015, the collection gives us a taste of anarkalis, jumpsuits, jackets and peplums which are paired with classic wide-legged pants and innovative dhotis.
