Falguni and Shane Peacock Captivating Designs At IBFW
On day 3 at the IBFW 2014, Falguni and Shane Peacock engulfed our minds with their intricate designs. When their models walked the ramp, the audience were suspicious as to what these two designers will present. The bridal collection of Falguni and Shane Peacock at IBFW 2014 was one to remember. There collection is a wild take on vintage, with beautiful biker jackets, quirky motifs and cascading capes in antique tone on tone embroidery.
On the ramp, we also got to be a part of colours ranging from off white, beige, pink, gold to deep maroons and of course their trademark Black. To these eccentric styles and bright colours, the classic, flowy gowns and A line lehengas was the talk of the town. The IBFW 2014 bridal collection of Falguni and Shane Peacock had a lot of elaborate thread and crystal work. Sheer bodysuits and bold prints mirroring was also a part of the exotic and luxurious designs featured on the day 3 ramp at IBFW 2014.
The one thing we fell in love with is the fabrics the designers have used. The sheer nets, crepes, chiffons, georgettes, silk plaids and ofcourse satin was a major part of the collection. The embroidery on each of the outfits were mind-blowing too as it was intricately designed with bunches of flowers, that were complete with crystals, sequins and semi-precious stones.
Here are some of the best see on the ramp at IBFW 2014 by Falguni and Shane Peacock:

Dazzling Gold
As we mentioned earlier, this bridal collection saw a lot of gold. The heavy embroidery on the collection gave it that stunning look.

No Bridal Look Without Red
Red is an important colour for brides to wear on this occasion. Being a bright colour, this midriff showing lehenga was completed with gold accessories.

Gold Detailing & Sheer
Sheer and gold go hand in hand for a bridal collection. And that is exactly what we saw on each of the models who walked the ramp forFalguni and Shane Peacock at IBFW 2014.

Bright Colours Of Satin
When we saw satin on the ramp, we were delighted to see how beautifully the designers have complied certain fabrics to go with this delicate material. This grey satin bridal outfit is remarkable.

Ruby Red Lehenga
This ruby red lehenga was is perfect for the modern Indian bride. The lehenga which is nude, had a lot of precious stone detailing at the borders to match the sheer choli.

Sarees too were seen on the ramp and we are not talking about striking red Indian brides. This bold see through black choli and a silver saree with silver pumps raised eyebrows.

If you are thinking of something different to look at in a bride, then this is the perfect choice to make. The blue and gold are seen in perfection on this model. We also loved the way the border of the gown is highly decked.
