IBFW 2014 has finally come to an end. The four-day-long fashion extravaganza ended last night with JJ Valaya's show. We are still trying to catch our breath after four days of non-stop bridal fashion. Apart from the fashion designs, models and the exquisite designs, it was the presence of celebrity showstoppers that made IBFW 2014 such a hit.

This time, BMW India Bridal Fashion Week 2014 was mega event that featured 10 ace fashion designers. Not all the designers opted to have celebrity showstoppers for making their collection look glamorous. However, the marriage of Bollywood and fashion is something that everyone knows about. You can hardly separate one from the other.

NARGIS FAKHRI WARDROBE MALFUNCTION AT IBFW 2014

IBFW 2014 was special in one very significant way. Bridal fashion is usually conservative in India. We do not expect brides to wear very revealing clothes. But this time, many of the collections focussed on making the demure Indian bride look hot and sultry instead of shy and traditional. Thus, the celebrity showstoppers for IBFW 2014 were dressed to look super hot in attires that focussed on their sensuality.

Padma Lakshmi For Ashima & Leena

Designer duo Ashima and Leena presented the 'Jashn' collection at IBFW 2014. Super model Padma Lakshmi was the showstopper for this collection.

In Red & Blue

Padma Lakshmi was dressed in a traditional lehenga choli in shades of red and royal blue. She wore a choli with a plunging neckline. The essence of hand embroidery can be seen in these images.

Aditi Rao Hydari For Raghavendra Rathore

Aditi Rao Hydari looked stunning in a white saree from Raghavendra Rathore's 'Reincarnating Relics' collection. She walked the ramp with the designer himself.

Shimmer White Saree

Aditi Rao Hydari wore a shimmering white saree that was a chiffon embellished with crystals and organza. The saree was draped around her neck and teamed up with a brocade jacket.

Ali Fazal For Raghavendra Rathore's

Ali Fazal who appeared in the movie 'Fukrey' also graced the ramp for Raghavendra Rathore's collection at IBFW 2014.

In Pink Kurta n White Dhoti

Ali Fazal looked stunning in this pink kurta and long coat. This was teamed up with white dhoti. He looked really cute in this unconventional combination.

Nargis Fakhri For AZVA

Nargis Fakhri walked the ramp for jewellery brand AZVA who were the sponsors of IBFW 2014. Nargis Fakhri was dressed in a black cutout gown and a heavy gold choker.

In Rohit Bal

Nargis Fakhri was dressed in a black thigh high slit gown from Rohit Bal's couture. The gown had cutout details and a plunging neckline.

Kangana Ranaut In Suneet Varma

Walking the ramp like a goddess for Suneet Varma was Kangana Ranaut. She was dressed in a super duper hot bridal lehenga choli and spiky headgear.

In Tube Choli n Flare Lehenga

Kangana Ranaut was dressed in a tube bustier choli that was teamed up with a fit and flare lehenga in maroon colour. The dupatta was made of velvet and draped stylishly over her shoulder.

Esha Gupta For Jyostna Tiwari

The 'Under The Stars' collection from Jyotsna Tiwari ended with a stunning Esha Gupta's off-white embellished gown.

The Veiled Bride

Esha Gupta walked the ramp as a veiled bride. The sleeveless bridal gown had multiple layers and lace derails.

Shraddha Kapoor In JJ Valaya's

Shraddha Kapoor walked the ramp for the closing ceremony of IBFW 2014 in a saree created by fashion czar JJ Valaya.

The Melange Of Colours

Shraddha Kapoor's saree had shades of yellow, orange, beige and blue. The silk saree scored high on the bling element and was draped in an interesting style.
