The festival of Diwali is here and stars are celebrating it with a bang. After we spotted Shilpa Shetty with her family amidst the colourful lights, Amrita Rao was the other diva to grab the limelight during the Diwali celebrations.

Ms Rao looked stunning in an embroidered lehenga from Zanaaya Couture. The event she attended in Kolkata was colourful. Hence, this lehenga was much needed to add to the glamour.

Amrita Rao's taste in style has varied a lot of late and this embroidered lehenga from Zanaaya Couture is one of the best dresses she has worn so far. The lehenga is vibrant and energetic, just like the starlet. At the event, she grabbed a lot of attention with her smile which was dripping with a red hue.

The embroidered lehenga from Zanaaya Couture on Amrita Rao was fabulous. The skirt was embellished with silver threaded work on a navy blue background. The sparkle on the skirt was the highlight of Amrita's look at the event. The border of the heavy lehenga was broad with bright yellow and silver panels. At her waist, it was plain blue and simple.

She wore a dupatta to match the outfit. The colour of the sheer dupatta was of the same shade as that of the lehenga. However, the dupatta looked a lot grander than the couture itself. Amrita Rao wore an elegant choli with this look and it was nothing like the original. The choli was tight and of a round boat neckline. Ms Amrita showed off her toned tummy as well.

Her makeup was loud and we think it was intentional! Red cherry lips, shimmering cheeks, smokey eyes and red nails finished off Amrita's style. She kept this event style not too light with accessories. Only her ears had a palace design pair of earrings to match the glitzy Zanaaya Couture choli.
