Miley Cyrus has been pretty mercurial these days. First, she stopped wearing her engagement ring. Then Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus postponed their wedding indefinitely. Looks like the pressure of her personal life is really telling on Miley Cyrus's behaviour. Recently a Miley Cyrus was smoking a joint or a rolled up cigarette in broad daylight.

This is not the first time Miley Cyrus was caught smoking a joint or a suspicious looking cigarette on camera. Just about a month back, Miley Cyrus in Miami with her friends. She was seen puffing at a rolled up cigarette from her balcony in her Miami hotel room. Obviously, Miley denied smoking weed. She is a Disney star after all. It is will be killing for her public image.

But smoking weed is no big deal for many celebrities. Many big stars have admitted to smoking weed in their younger days. Some celebs like Rihanna and Jay z still smoke weed pretty openly. In recent scandal after the Oscars 2013, Jennifer Lawrence was caught smoking a suspicious looking cigarette on her hotel. She was holidaying after bagging the best actress award at Oscars.

So while Miley Cyrus was smoking a joint, what was she celebrating? Was she celebrating her impending breakup with Liam Hemsworth or her getting named among the Maxim's hot hundred?
