Miley Cyrus wore the popular Lil Kim's boobie pasty costume for Halloween 2013. The 20-year-old entertainer wore a similar outfit that was worn by rapper Lil Kim at the 1999 VMAs red carpet. Miley wore a floral printed one shoulder full sleeve retro-style jumpsuit which exposed her left breast. The only thing that hid her left breast was a shimmering pasty just like the way Lil Kim donned it at the 1999 VMAs red carpet. Miley Cyrus completed her Halloween 2013 look with a purple long wig.

Miley Cyrus has recently spoken about her love towards Lil Kim. She said, "In my past life, I feel like that was me. I feel like Lil Kim is who I am on the inside," Miley even said, "She just makes me happy...I just love her. And I can't help that I love her."

This year, Miley Cyrus has not just wore a boobie show Halloween costume, but is also celebrating it the racist style. Miley posted some pumpkin photos on twitter which were X-rated. In one of the pumpkins, she even wished Halloween 2013 by writing, "Happy F**king Halloween". The pictures were raunchy and the greetings were based on those X-rated racy pumpkins.
