Attending the Cannes Film Festival has always been a matter of pride for Indian celebrities. Cannes 2013 promises to be a very interesting affair as a lot of celebrities from Bollywood would be attending this event. Apart from the usual suspects like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Sonam Kapoor, we have lots of new Indian celebrities at Cannes this time.

Among the popular first timers on the Cannes red carpet is Vidya Balan and Ameesha Patel. There are many other first timers at Cannes 2013 but none more illustrious than the two living legends, Amitabh Bachchan and Rajnikanth. Vidya Balan is holding a prestigious chair as one of the 10 main jury members at the Cannes Film Festival this year. She will share the table with Hollywood greats like Stephen Spielberg.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has attended Cannes almost every year for a decade now. She was the face of Indian cinema on the global front. This year her wardrobe will be under the scanner after last year's disaster.

Sonam Kapoor

Sonam Kapoor represents the fashionable side of Bollywood at Cannes. She will be a part of the opening ceremony of Cannes and will represent Loreal brand.

Neil Nitin Mukesh
