Miley Cyrus parents Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish, have files a divorce after 17 years of marriage. The couple admits that it was difficult to come to this decision. The reason as submitted to the court reads, plaintiff, citing "irreconcilable differences." Sources, however, claim that the Billy Ray Cyrus divorce with difference with his wife on all the gossip about Miley Cyrus and her lifestyle.

Her fashion and night outs, have been the talk of the town for sometime and reportedly, Billy Ray Cyrus, defended her, which made Tish furious. The problem started with this and then went on to be a serious problem in the relationship.
