Katherine Heigl Saves 25 Chihuahuas

American actress, Katherine Heigl showed what it takes to be a celebrity with a heart by saving the lives of 25 Chihuahuas from being euthanised. Chihuahua is a miniature sized Chinese breed of dog.

Jason Debus Heigl Foundation owned by the actress and her mother donated 25,000 dollars to bring the pooches from Los Angeles to their new families in Boston, Massachusetts.

The dogs will now be available for adoption at the Humane Society for Greater Nashua and Salem Animal Rescue League.
