Italian PM's daughter marries ballet dancer beau
Italy's current billionaire prime minister, 's eldest daughter Marina Berlusconi exchanged wedding vows with her ballet dancer beau on December 13.

Silvio's daughter with first wife Carla Dall'Oglio fell for ballet dancer Maurizio Vanadia when she watched him dance in Swan Lake at Milan's La Scala.

The occasion also brought Berlusconi's first wife Dall'Oglio, together in the same room for the first time with his second wife, Veronica.

"They shook hands," the Guardian quoted one guest present, La Stampal, as saying.

"It was a cordial greeting that lasted less than a minute with no kisses," the guest added.

In an interview to Chi magazine, Marina said that she behaved more like a schoolgirl when she went to see Maurizio Vanadia dance at La Scala after meeting him socially.

"I was leaning forward so far to see him with the binoculars my mother kept on elbowing me and saying 'Watch out or you will fall into the stalls,'" she said. She also has two children with Maurizio.

Marina Berlusconi holds several posts in her father's media empire. She is chairman of Italy's largest magazine publisher, Mondadori, and deputy chairman of the family's investment arm, Fininvest, the media holding company her father founded and built. Forbes magazine in 2007, named her as the 33rd most powerful woman in the world
