Arjun Rampal Opted Out Of Lakhia's Next

Arjun Rampal played the main lead along with Amitabh Bachchan in Apoorva Lakhia's last film Ek Ajnabee. But this time he has opted out from Lakhia's multi-starrer crime thriller Shootout At Lokhandwala. The reason being that Lakhia wanted to present Rampal in a new look as per the demand of the character which required him to cut short his hair. However the actor wasn't much happy with this idea of a new getup and rather chose to opt out of the film.
The film is supposed to go on floors in August and Lakhia will have to find a replacement soon. Incidentally some time back even Urmila Matondkar opted out of the film.
The cast of this film produced by Sanjay Gupta now comprises of Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Viveik Oberoi, Tusshar Kapoor, Rohit Roy and Shabbir Ahluwalia.
