Free dental check-ups from Colgate
Colgate-Palmolive (India), the market leader in oral care, in association with the Indian Dental Association (IDA), has organised free dental check-ups here through out this month.
The free check-up was being arranged as part of an Oral Health Month, a company release here said.
Besides Chennai, it was being offered in other cities across India and would see 5000 dentists in 102 cities committing a part of their time for this initiative everyday, throughout September 2006.
These free dental check-ups in clinics of dentists, instead of at public camps, gave consumers the confidence of having a check-up in the environment of a clinic, the release said.
People interested in availing of the free dental check-up should collect information leaflets available at select retail stores in their cities, identify the participating clinic that was conveniently located, call for an appointment and schedule the check-up.
