Stainless Steel Cutlery - Cleaning Tips To Sparkle Utensils

Stainless Steel Cutlery Cleaning Tips -
1. Every time you cook or bake food, immediately soak the stained vessels in a tub of warm water. Adding a few drops of lemon can help in removing stains easily.
2. In Asian countries, pressure cookers are used to cook rice and the base of the stainless steel vessel gradually turns black due to regular use. For that, adding a piece of tamarind while cooking will keep the base of the vessel stain free forever.
3. For pans that have turned brown, boiling water with a teaspoon of soda or rock salt will successfully remove stains.
4. While washing utensils, use a soft bristle brush, or a scrub and some soap water to wipe away the stains.
5. Rinse the utensils well with water. It is best to sun dry them as all the excess water gets dried easily.
6. Wipe the vessels and arrange them according to usage.
7. For dishwashers, rinse the soaked vessels in plain water and arrange them in dish washer. Use a mild detergent and then sun dry vessels. Sun drying is not only for drying vessels but is also a technique to kill the bacteria and germs on washed stainless cutlery (if any).
8. While cleaning vessels that are soaked in water for 2-3 days, try boiling some neem leaves in them after a rinse. This will kill all the germs and bacteria thoroughly.
Use these stainless steel cutlery cleaning tips at home as cooking and eating food in clean vessels will keep the family healthy always. A clean kitchen and the best kitchen cutlery speaks the clealiness of the homemaker.
