All that one requires to prepare this drink are milk, honey and vanilla extracts. The best part about this drink is that all the ingredients are easily available and one need not go hunting for them.
Here is the list of ingredients and the method for preparing the drink that helps in providing the best remedy for sleep problem. Take a look.

1. Milk:
It is rich in protein and amino acids which are the two vital ingredients that help in stimulating the production of serotonin and melatonin, that help induce sleep.

2. Honey:
Honey is one of the best natural ingredients that helps in the production of melatonin in the brain. This is one of the chief ingredients that help in inducing sleep.

3. Vanilla Extracts:
Several studies conducted worldwide have concluded that the aroma of vanilla helps provide relaxation to the brain and thus helps one to sleep.
