The first one of these is coconut oil. Coconut oil is not that good as it is made out to be for the heart. In fact, olive oil is much better for people with high cholesterol levels as it helps to flush out the fat from the system. That does not mean that you have to stop having coconut oil. Have it in moderation as it has certain beneficial qualities as well.

Experts have been asking us to go for gluten-free breads. But until and unless you are allergic to gluten, there is no need to go for this product.Instead go for whole wheat breads as gluten-free breads contain refined flour, fat and sugar. If ever you want to try gluten-free breads, make sure you go for the ones that are low in sugar and high in fibre.

Green juices are in vogue these days. They are made from green vegetables like spinach, kale, etc. However, these do not contain any fibre. So, better go for green smoothies that are full of fibre rather than these green juices.
Almond milk is being preferred by many people nowadays. It is high in calcium and vitamin D but it lacks in protein that normal dairies can boast of. So make sure to have extra doses of protein when you consume almond milk.
