Prepare Your Own Antibacterial Tonic
Seasonal changes could be a night mare to some people. When your immunity is low and the weather undergoes changes, you tend to catch cold,or a fever or cough. Many bacterial infections and viral infections occur during such a time.

Your diet and immunity levels decide how you can overcome those minor issues. Sometimes, home remedies can help prevent or treat such minor issues.

Instead of taking a pill the moment you feel feverish, try this home remedy. You can prepare your own natural antibiotic tonic.

You will need 3-4 garlic cloves, an onion, a teaspoon of ginger. Grind them into a paste first and then juice it. Add some water if required to make it a consistent liquid.

Drink this juice every morning and at night for 4-5 days during seasonal changes. If you are already suffering from cold or fever, try this remedy first before popping in a pill.

This remedy has antibacterial qualities and anti viral qualities too. Also, it can strengthen your immunity to help your body deal with the minor issues.
The best thing about garlic is that it can kill bacteria and other harmful microbes that cause seasonal health issues. Also, it can promote the friendly bacteria too.

Onion also has many disease fighting abilities. When it comes to ginger, it has anti-inflammatory properties too. When you are suffering from fever or cold, ginger is your best friend. Ginger can also lower your blood pressure.
