The most common reasons for liver diseases are due to unhealthy life style and bad eating routine. Diseases by the Hepatitis virus A, B and C may cause serious types of liver diseases. Prolonged consumption of drugs, alcohol along with other toxic materials damage the liver cells leading to liver issues. Low resistance system of the body can trigger specific liver diseases.

Liver ailments are worrying and life threatening. Treatments of liver diseases are often done through natural functions as these are much better than artificial drugs. Protein consumption should be minimized in the event of liver issues as the liver has to work more in processing protein.
More carbohydrates must be a part of the daily diet. The diet must be balanced with regard to the calorie consumption including fat soluble vitamins and fatty acids. Low sodium intake is recommended for liver problems to prevent fluid retention.

Pomegranate is rich in vitamins and minerals and a glass of its juice each morning increases the body's immune system. Taking sugarcane juice in liver diseases is a fantastic tonic as it fortifies the liver. The alkaline nature of the juice keeps the acid degree of the body low.
A mixture of pipal leaves and sugar in a cup of water if taken twice daily helps in managing liver diseases. Taking twice daily a combination of papaya seeds with ten drops of lemon juice is most effective in liver diseases. Chewing fennel seeds after the intake of foods on a regular basis is good for liver problems.
