Remedy 1: Those who are suffering from joint pains due to arthritis or other reasons can try this remedy. Mix 5 spoons of apple cider vinegar with five spoons of honey and mix them well. Apply the mixture to the joints that pain.

Remedy 2: In a glass of water, add 2 spoons of honey and 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar. Drink it 2-3 times a day. You can also soak the painful joint in apple cider vinegar for 5-7 minutes every day for pain relief. Mix water and vinegar. Dip a cloth in it and place it on the painful joints and place another dry cloth over it.
Nose bleeds are common in summer. Add 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar in a small glass of filtered water. Drink it twice a day to help your body restore its clotting function.
Drink a glass of water in which 2 spoons of honey and 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar are added. This will soothe your tired eyes.
