7. Crunchy Foods And Vegetables:
These have a high water content, which helps in washing out the sugar. The fibre in them also helps in keeping the teeth clean. They also help in building a healthy gum, thanks to the Vitamin C in them, which builds collagen.

8. Poultry, Eggs & Lean Meat:
The protein and phosphorus content in them help in giving you healthy pearly whites.

9. Cocoa:
For chocolate-lovers, this is a great news indeed. Cocoa content appears to take care of the inflammation and protects against tooth decay. Dark chocolate is even better than milk chocolate in this regard, thanks to its low sugar content.

10.Whole Grains:
