- Firstly, exhale through your mouth, making a whoosh sound.
- Inhale quietly through your nose, after closing your mouth.
- Hold your breath for a count of seven.
- Now, exhale through the mouth for a count of eight.
- Then inhale again.
- Repeat this cycle three times, for a total of four breaths.
